ShopLondon.net is a UK based online store hosted on Wix.com E-commerce Platform. We sell and deliver our products in UK only.

Price, order and Payments:

* The price of any Products will be as quoted on the Site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.

 

*Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

 

 We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay and Paypal Payments.

 

* We cannot complete your order until you have paid for it in full.

Delivery:

* We provide free postage for all deliveries.

* your orders will be dispatched in 1 working day via Royal Mail 2nd class (receive in 3-5 days).

*Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified in your order. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses. We are not responsible for any additional carrying or positioning of Products ordered.

 

Risk and Ownership:

*Once delivered, the Products ordered will become your responsibility and, except in relation to Products that are damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.

 

*Ownership of Products will pass to you on: delivery of the Products; or us receiving full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, whichever is the later.

Cancellation of order:

 you may cancel your order at any stage before the Products are dispatched to you. To cancel your order prior to confirmation of dispatch you can contact us at shoplondon2020@gmail.com by providing your name and order number.

 

Return and Refund Policy:

Returns accepted within 14 days.

 

If you are not completely happy with the product or find the product is faulty you can return it for an exchange or full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

All returned products must be in the same condition as sold, unused, and in the original packaging. If you receive damaged or faulty products, send us the pictures to our E-mail address. We will refund your money. No need to return items!

To return items, please email us your order Number with the name of the items you would like to return at shoplondon2020@gmail.com. we will reply to your email within 24 hours with the information and steps to be taken to process returns.

Once returns completed, any refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days.
